Pyla is a village in Larnaca District. Pyla is among the oldest villages in Cyprus. Pyla is the only village in Cyprus where Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots co-live after the invasion of 1974. Pyla Square has some local coffee shops and a few places to eat. Pyla Village offers a 24-hour mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, and fast food restaurant. A bus service operates from the village to Larnaca.

The property consists of two levels:

On the ground floor, you have an open-plan kitchen and living area. There is a guest toilet near the staircase. The kitchen area leads to the patio and back garden with a private pool.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms (both en-suite). The main bedroom has a double bed and the second room has 2 single beds.
